Every Plummo's Timber piece is crafted with care. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming — we'll always send a proof for approval on significant pieces.
1. Contact us via the contact page within 14 days, including your order number and photos of any damage.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once received and assessed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that timber is a natural material — grain patterns, colour and character will vary between pieces. This natural variation is not a defect and is part of what makes each piece unique.
